Platform post bracket for use with 1 1/4″ square tube to offset platform post away from the tree. Sold individually and includes just the bracket and bolt, not the platform post or platform shown in some pictures.

Recently added the 1/4″ bolt size for use with platform posts that have 1/4″ hole like the Predator. NOTE: The Predator post is 1 1/4″, but it is cast and may be oversized in some cases. You may need to file down the ridges on the post or you can set the bracket onto the post with a rubber mallet.

Small quantity of blemished items available – these have small cosmetic blemishes that do not affect the use of the bracket. May be blems in machining or these may be demo items.

Description

Bracket for DIY platform posts. Used at top and bottom (optional) to create a standoff between tree and platform post (sold individually). Works with any 1 1/4″ square tube. If using a Klemz style platform (with teeth), only the top bracket is required. For use with an XOP/LW seat platform or a scooter footrest platform, both top and bottom brackets are usually required. This bracket is curved to contact the tree with up to eight (8) points of contact, creating a solid grip to the tree.
