We ship via the UPS for Continental U.S. and USPS for Alaska, Hawaii, APO, and International orders. Orders placed before 12:00pm typically ship the same day for in stock orders. Orders placed after 12:00pm ship next business day. As a cost-savings policy for our customers, we ship orders complete. If there are out-of-stock items in your order, your order will ship once all items are in stock. Generally back orders are not allowed except on products that can be procured within a couple days.
Do you offer a Military/First Responder discount?
At this time we’re unable to offer any discounts since we try to keep prices as low as possible for everyone. We may offer military/first responder discounts in the future though.
I placed an order and want to add an item to it.
No problem, if you haven’t received a shipping notification yet, go ahead and place another order for the product(s) you want to add. Send us a note and we’ll combine the orders into one shipment refund excess shipping charges.
I didn’t receive an order confirmation or tracking number.
Please check your spam or junk folder and mark our emails as not spam so they show up. Additionally, when using PayPal, please check to make sure an alternate email address is not associated with your PayPal account, as your Order Confirmation email may have been sent there.
What is the best way to contact customer support?
The best way at this time is to send an email to email@example.com or use our Chat feature on our website. Facebook can be used but isn’t monitored often. You can also call support at 810-214-0142, but we are on the phone often and also out of service range at times.
Do you cut and seal the ends of rope?
Yes, if you want your rope cut into multiple lengths, just order the total length you want and put your desired lengths in the order notes when you checkout. We heat seal the ends on standard rope and cap specialty rope with adhesive lined shrink tubing (Oplux, TRC, C-IV, Beal). These ropes do not cut easily and are heat resistant so must be finished.
