Very much like the product. On my second hunt I was positioning the bow hanger and have it a tug towards me to pull it around the tree. It cracked all the way around the circumference.
I immediately thought why did I do that. It was fairly snug on the tree and I side loaded it.
I sent an email to Eastern woods outdoors just telling them what happened. It was my fault and I was not trying to get anything in return. I only sent the email too inform them of my experience. To give them knowledge so future designs could be improved.
They responded promptly and offered to replace it for free. I told them no. It was my fault and there was no need to send another one for free. They emailed back and said if I changed my mind to let them know.
Fast forward a couple weeks I got one in the mail. Talk about great customer service from EWO and UltimAider.
