BattleBelt Inner Lineman’s Belt

These lineman’s belts are made specifically for the OneTigris Padded Waist Belt (BattleBelt) out of 2″ seat belt webbing. This belt replaces the stock belt and has loops that extend through the sides of the padded waist belt for your lineman’s rope. The webbing is rated for 6000 pounds and in basket pull tests, the loops held to over 7000 pounds minimum breaking strength. These belts are made in Michigan.

NOTE: These are mostly made to order and you can choose to have them made from Tan, Brown, or Green seat belt webbing. Please allow an additional 1-2 weeks for these to be made at this time.

IMPORTANT: Padded waist belt, buckle, and strap adjusters not included. You need to order a matching buckle to go with this belt – see descriptions and links below. There are three different styles of buckles to chose from. I highly recommend the AustriaAlpin 2″ Cobra® ProStyle dual adjust buckle as it is the only rated buckle offered here. All the buckles are dual-adjustable so you can keep it centered and pull evenly from both sides.

Buckle Styles:

• AustriaAlpin 2″ Cobra® ProStyle Dual Adjustable. 18kN Rated (4000 pounds). Available in Black.
• AustriaAlpin 2″ GT Cobra® Dual Adjustable. These are not rated, but have a targeted tensile load of 2.2kN (500 pounds) . Available in Tan and Black (soon).
• Nexus 2″ Side Release Dual Adjustable. These are not rated. Available in Black, Tan, and Foliage Green.

Sizes (must match the size of the padded waist belt):

• Medium – Fits 31″-37″ waist
• Large – Fits 38″-45″ waist
