DoubleStep used for making DIY climbing sticks for hunting. Many also upgrade Lone Wolf sticks with these DoubleSteps, especially on the top step to be able to comfortably reach higher to place next stick.

Now available with channels cut to fit 3/4″, 1″, and 1 1/4″. If you are using with a standard climbing stick choose 1″, or chose 1.25″ for platform posts.

Using on Lone Wolf sticks will require a replacement bolt. Use 1/4″-20 x 2″, Grade 8. Might be able to get at your local hardware store or available here – Replacement bolt for Lone Wolf Stick. Note – you only need a replacement bolt at the top and bottom, not middle step. Be sure to re-use the plastic washer under the bolt head to prevent the rotating LW standoff from loosening your DoubleStep.

Description

These are 9″ wide, 1.5″ high, and 3/8″ thick. There is a 1/4″ hole for the bolt with a 1″ channel on the back to hold tight to the 1″ aluminum tube. These work on DIY sticks, Lone Wolfs, and any other brand of climbing sticks that utilize a 1″ tube. Now available for 3/4″ and 1 1/4″ tubes as well.

These are made from 6061 aluminum and weigh a mere 3.5 ounces.

    Love them! Were perfect for my novix minis! Just needed to get the replacement bolts bc need the smaller ones.. once u change the single steps to double ones the original screws are too long so you must order the smaller replacement ones these guys sell for .99 extra!
