RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
RETURNS: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please email email@example.com for refund approval within 14 days of receiving product. Upon approval, returns will be accepted for a full refund. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days upon receipt of your return package.
DEFECTIVE ITEMS: If you believe you received a defective item, you must notify us by email within 7 days of the delivery confirmation date and include a photo, otherwise it is considered wear and tear. No exceptions.
