Description
Angled DoubleSteps. These are 9″ wide, 2″ high, and 3/8″ thick. There is a 1/4″ hole for the bolt with a 1″ channel on the back to hold tight to the 1″ aluminum tube. These work on DIY sticks, Lone Wolfs, and any other brand of climbing sticks that utilize a 1″ tube. These are just like the original DoubleStep but with a 7 degree angle to help keep your foot on the step while climbing.
These are made from 6061 aluminum and weigh a mere 3.6 ounces.

These are a complete copy of the machining process and angle used on the hunting beast climbing sticks. I even see how it appears the designer cut an inset insert out of the back of the step which is the same design as the hunting beast climbing sticks. The inset allows the step to fit onto the 1 inch extruded tube, lock in and not rotate. Pretty sad that they copy someone elses design then start a business and website off of it.

Hey Ron, thanks for sharing your opinion. I can in fact share that these were in no way a copy of the Hunting Beast sticks. Feel free to see the actual birth of these DoubleSteps right here in this thread on SaddleHunter.com – this is where it all began: https://saddlehunter.com/community/index.php?threads/my-diy-ultra-light-stick-build.6384/post-103551
